30 Day Return Policy

 

Binary Systems has, from original shipment date, a 30-day return policy on all unopened items with the following requirements:


The customer will pay all shipping and insurance costs.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Parts designated as "Special Order Parts" or "Ebay Special Sales" are not eligible for return to Binary Systems.

 


Return Procedure

 

For any component part return, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must accompany each item of merchandise.


Merchandise must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging, which must be placed inside of a shipping box in order to receive full credit.


The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package or Binary Systems will refuse the return shipment.


To obtain an RMA number, please contact Binary Systems Technical Support at support@binary-systems.com. To receive an RMA number, you will need to provide us the following information:


Customer Name
Binary Systems invoice number
Part number and merchandise description
Serial number
Detailed description of the reason for the return.

RMAs are valid for ten (10) business days from the date of issuance.
