Free Incoming Calls Incoming calls to a nexVortex plan do not use minutes from you plan. This makes Business Plus ideal for inbound call centers.
Unlimited Simultaneous Incoming and Outgoing Calls nexVortex plans do not limit the number of simultaneous calls incoming or outgoing to your SIP trunk. You are only limited by your bandwidth and IP PBX configuration. Enjoy the freedom to use your SIP connection as it was intended.
Extra DIDs You can add extra phone numbers to any nexVortex account for $5/month.
Local Number Portability nexVortex supports full portability of local US numbers, as well as, Toll Free numbers.
nexVortex Account Management With nexVortex Free Real-Time Online Account Management, you're in control of your account 24/7 to check call activity, billing, and edit your user information for all you nexVortex lines. And because it's available in real-time, you get the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Test Your Broadband Connection nexVortex plans require that you have enough high-speed internet bandwidth at your location for the total number of lines that you are using. Use the Speed Test results below for your site to determine if your current connection is adequate. The safe calculation is 90K bps for each phone line. Ensure that your Upload Speed can accommodate the total number simultaneous phone calls for uninterrupted voice. A cable modems in the United States often provide 384K bps upstream bandwidth, which allows for 4 simultaneous phone calls without voice compression.
If you are combining Voice and Data over your internet connection, be sure that your router supports Prioritization or QoS to guarantee that Voice calls take precedence over your data.
